Description
- Serve as the first point of contact for students, faculty, and visitors, providing administrative support and ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-desk experience. This role involves handling inquiries, managing appointments, and assisting with various student-related services to enhance the overall student experience.

- 1. Greet and assist students, faculty, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- 2. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, directing individuals to the appropriate department when necessary.
- 3. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for student services staff.
- 4. Process and file student records, documents, and forms accurately and confidentially.
- 5. Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and correspondence as needed.
- 6. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- 7. Assist students in completing necessary paperwork for registrations, requests, and applications.
- 8. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery for students.
- 9. Support student events, workshops, and orientations by handling logistics and communication.
- 10. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with institutional policies regarding student information.
Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
