Digital Marketing (Practicum) Trainer

Responsibilities

  • Tasks: • Describe how advances in Digital have changed consumer behavior and expectations, have disrupted the way businesses sell, the customer journey, and the opportunities for your role and the wider business. • Describe the importance of an online presence and UX to attract and convert customers and how email campaigns generate valuable outcomes for businesses. • Describe how social media is used by businesses to engage with consumers, what the advantages are and how social selling and personal branding can be used. • Recognize the benefits of social media to provide effective social customer service and the benefits and challenges of using digital tools to provide effective social customer service. • Describe the risks associated with Digital and that they can be managed with data protection and data privacy policies. Understand the challenges facing businesses with digital transformation and the key international data protection and data privacy regulations. • Recognize the benefits of agility and using Digital to measure and improve business performance. Recognize the advantages of adopting a digital mindset for both the individual and organization.

Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years in the field
