Professor Kisswani, Associate Professor and a Research Fellow at the Economic Research Forum (ERF), held academic appointments in the US before joining GUST in 2009. He worked at Quinnipiac University, Eastern Connecticut State University, University of Hartford, University of Nevada-Las Vegas, and College of Southern Nevada. Professor Kisswani was listed on the “National Dean’s List” 2004-2005, The Honor society of Phi Kappa Phi-2005, the “Chancellor’s List” 2006, and on “Who's Who among Executives and Professionals, Honors Edition” 2008-2009. Professor Kisswani is a member of many prestigious Economic Societies in the US & Kuwait. Professor Kisswani published in many high tier journals in his field such as: Energy Economics, Applied Economics, Energy Policy and many more. Professor Kisswani earned his PhD from University of Connecticut (UCONN), USA in 2009, and his MA from University of Nevada-Las Vegas (UNLV), USA in 2005.
