Dr. Hussain Alhejji is an Assistant Professor of HRM at the College of Business Administration. Prior to joining GUST, Dr. Hussain worked at various academic institutions and lectures in HRM, Organizational Development and Research methods. His research focuses on diversity training, diversity at work from institutional perspective, gender equality and international human resource development. He is also interested in research in managerial behavior, employee engagement and others. Dr. Hussain is a member of the editorial advisory board at the European Journal of Training and Development. Dr. Hussain has authored a number of peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters in international textbook.
