GUST Library Celebrates Kuwait’s National and Liberation Days
In celebration of Kuwait’s 64th National Day and the 34th anniversary of Liberation Day, GUST Library proudly organized a special display highlighting the country’s rich history, culture, and literary contributions.
The display featured a selection of books authored by Kuwaiti authors, including works from GUST faculty publications, our general collection, and the dedicated Kuwait Collection. To enhance access, a QR codes was provided, linking visitors to our digital resources for further exploration of Kuwait’s heritage and intellectual assets.
To foster engagement, a message board invited library visitors to express their appreciation for Kuwait, while themed stickers, pins, and traditional sweets added a festive touch. It was a pleasure to see students, faculty, and staff actively participating, taking photos, and exploring the featured books.
