Welcome to the GUST Library, your gateway to a wealth information resources, expertise and services. Established in 2002, the GUST Library is dedicated to supporting the teaching, learning, and research needs of the university community. It offers a vast array of information resources and services, including an extensive academic collection of books, journal articles, videos, and other materials available in both physical and digital formats. The library holds over 23,025 physical items and subscribes to 26 bibliographic and full-text electronic databases (489,214 e-books & 57,112 e- journals), ensuring comprehensive support for all academic disciplines within the university.
Current library users can navigate the entire library collections both on and off-campus 24/7 through our Library Discovery Search Service.

Our mission is to support the teaching, learning, and research needs of the GUST Community by:
- Providing users with access to wide range of information resources – we have extensive digital and print collections;
- Providing information literacy support and research assistance, to help our students and faculty find information effectively and efficiently;
- Providing publishing resources that assist faculty with their research;
- Fosters an environment that promotes lifelong learning and innovation;
- Striving to provide our community with an inclusive, comfortable space where they can study, teach, do research, and read recreationally.

Library Privileges
All "Users" of GUST Library are entitled to borrowing privileges. A 'user" refers to:
- A member of the GUST Community (any of the following):
- a full time or part time faculty member,
- a member of the administrative or support staff,
- a currently enrolled student,
- a member of GUST Alumni;
- and any external user that has GUST Library membership.
