Welcome to GUST Center for Sustainable Development!

GUST Center for Sustainable Development (CSD) formerly known as Sustainable Energy and Economic Development (SEED), was established in June 2021 in alignment with the Graduate Studies & Research office objectives and its goals to support all types of research programs in various research areas.

At our center, we are dedicated to pioneering applied and policy-relevant research to address complex challenges related to the social, environmental, and economic aspects of sustainability. Our interdisciplinary team works tirelessly to address critical sustainability challenges, striving to create a more equitable and sustainable future for all.

We invite you to explore our projects, learn about our initiatives, and discover how you can get involved. Whether you are a researcher, student, policy maker, or a concerned citizen, your engagement is vital in our journey towards a sustainable future.

Thank you for your interest, and together, let's make a difference.

Warm regards,

Dr. Fida Karam
