The engineering management program graduates will exhibit proficiency and excellence in

Analyzing and solving complex problems in operations management, project management, technology management, and supply chain management, and understanding the fundamental principles and concepts of engineering with sound financial and business judgment in their pursuit of a professional career.
  2. Effectively managing people, talent, time, and financial resources to develop successful marketing strategies, business and execution plans, and objectives for projects and programs.
  3. Showing competent leadership in team building, conflict resolution, coaching, and mentoring through effective oral, technical, and written communication to various audiences in their professional and societal affairs.
