GUST TECH
GUST TECH was a student outreach initiative directed by the Computer Science department faculty member, Dr. Noura AlJeri.
This boot-camp program was made to provide high school students with intensive training courses on fourth industrial revolution technologies and innovation. Their training would be conducted either by GUST CS senior students or the CS department employees (faculty, teaching assistants, lab instructors).
After the students' intensive training, they then competed on a project/team-based solutions to be evaluated and awarded at the end of the program.
The training and projects were related to the following areas:
- Web Design Development
- Game Development
- Mobile Application Development
- Data Science & AI
- Robotics
