The Gulf University for Science & Technology has established a collaborative relationship through its research center, Center for Teaching Learning and Research (CTLR), and en.v to implement the Educating for Inclusion program, funded by the US State Department – Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labour (DRL). The Educating for Inclusion program aims to foster an education system that provides an inclusive space for all youth to learn and collaborate as active citizens promoting human rights. The Center for Teaching, Learning and Research will undertake a schedule of activities in relation to the Educating for Inclusion program, supporting en.v, across a 26-month period. The Educating for Inclusion program aims to foster an education system that provides an inclusive space for all youth to learn and collaborate as active citizens promoting human rights. The program adopts a bottom-up, intersectional approach with the following objectives. The first is to enable the implementation of youth-led solutions to ensuring greater inclusion in educational institutions.
