1st Annual Science Fever
The Science Fever is a new outreach competition that was held at GUST for the first time in 2023. Teams from different private high schools in Kuwait have participated.
There are two categories in the competition where a group of three students participate:
- A demonstration of a Science concept that aims to clarify, simplify, and excite students in understanding either Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or the Environment. The demonstration should be adaptable for implementation in senior high school science classes.
- A research project where students presented a particular problem in their school, community, or country, in general. Using the scientific method as a guide, they proposed a hypothesis, conducted experiments, gathered data, and analyzed them with the aim of bringing an innovative solution.
